Washingtones
The WashingTones are a group of DC women with a shared purpose - to encourage women to sing the contemporary songs they love in a judgment-free zone. Their mission is simple - not to "fix" anyone's singing, only to bring out the best of what they've already got inside of them! Although they've only been together since September 2019, the WashingTones have already performed alongside the DC Men's Singing Capital Chorus and the internationally acclaimed Midtown. With their supportive and endlessly enthusiastic director, John David Maybury, the WashingTones are excited to continue their journey and participate in SingStrong at their Aca-Idol debut!
