Johnny Buffalo
Looping is the art form of performing, simultaneously recording the performances, and then artfully playing those recordings back while simultaneously performing fresh parts. When done correctly, a single performer can create harmony, beatbox and leads in stunning succession; in essence, becoming a one-man a cappella band. Johnny Buffalo is the Vice American Loopstation Champion, and the Vice American 2v2 Champion. He is the beatboxer for youtube sensations, BackTrack and a mainstay in the New York beatbox and looping scenes. Born in Buffalo, NY, Johnny studied music at SUNY Fredonia, and abroad in London before making NYC his home. Johnny Buffalo is excited to be making his SingStrong debut! [Performing SAT 7PM and SUN 2PM]
