Oversees silent auction including soliciting auction items, upkeep database, tracking bids, promoting bidding on site, managing payment processing to appropriate charity, issuing appropriate receipts or thank you letters, managing pick-up of winning bids and deposition of non-picked up items. The Auction Coordinator must insure that credit payments go to the designated account for Auction items and NOT to the account designated for SingStrong Merchandise sales. Checks for Auction items must also be made to the appropriate charity (usually Cure Alzheimer's) and not to SingStrong. |

Merchandise Coordinator (aka Merchandise Master or Merchandise Mistress) |
Oversees and inventories all SingStrong merchandise including tracking inventory, cost of goods sold, sale prices, quantities, amounts, managing payment by cash, credit or otherwise, and issuing receipts as appropriate, and seeing to the safety and security of merchandise from arrival on site until delivery to storage. Recruits HS groups to compete including insuring that passes are purchased and information gathered. Communicates directly with directors and groups so that they understand schedule. Imparts SingStrong positive community energy to HS groups. Meets all groups when they arrive. Manages groups soundcheck experience working closely with Stage Manager and Sound Engineer. Produces HS Competition Show making sure to keep on schedule. May be Judge Wrangler, keeping judges on time and keeping judges using approved judging metrics only. Insures HS Trophies have been ordered, have arrived with correct wording/design and are presented to winning groups. Makes sure Timekeeper is assigned and properly timing groups and that TimeKeeper reports to judges IMMEDIATELY at start of their judging as to whether all groups are within time or whether any groups have gone over time. Works closely with Stage Manager, HS Competition Host, Judge Wrangler and any assistants. Should instruct all WINNERS too stay following show for photos with photographer. |

Times all competing HS groups starting with first note, word or choreography of performance and ending with last. Reports to Judges in Judges room IMMEDIATELY as they begin judging alerting them as to whether all groups were timely or whether any group went over time and by how much. Works closely with HS Coordinator. |

Hosts HS show. Reviews all submitted materials by HS Groups and creates short, entertaining introductions. Also gathers short introductions for Judges WHEN TIME ALLOWS in show. HS show can sometimes be very tight on time. HS Host makes sure show starts ends on time as sound checks start immediately following. Coordinates closely with HS Coordinator, Stage Manager and Judge Wrangler. The HS Host shall take a photo of the Judge's sheet showing all awards and email same to the Executive Producer, Producer, and Social Media Coordinator immediately following the show. Help remind winners of any award or place to stay for photos after concert. |

Produces ACA-IDOL show. Recruits groups to audition. Reviews all submitted materials, and either alone or with committee, selects groups. Works with Exec Producer to recruit 3 Judges. Coordinates closely with ACA-IDOL Host, Stage Manager and Judge Wrangler. Provides host with first draft of Group Intros. Remind all winners to stay following concert for photos. |

Coordinates and/or provides all sound/ light needs including microphones, amplification, monitoring, recording, lighting units and controls (if not sufficient as provided by space), engineering of all, design of all. Supervises any other personnel involved in set-up, tear down or use of equipment through out event including all spaces and may include Afterglow as well, depending on location. Provides Exec Producer with multi-track recordings of all performances. Reviews all groups' sound requests, communicates directly with groups to insure best possible sound. Oversees lighting operator/design. Coordinates closely with Building staff on location regarding power, rules, safeguards. POSITION BONUS often includes POSTER DESIGN. |

Reviews final bill/invoice of hotel re SingStrong reservations making sure contract terms are followed re price, benefit, taxes etc. Familiar with travel schedule and shuttle schedule. Monitors that travel of Artists and VIPs is on schedule. Facilitates communication with drivers, if necessary. Gives shuttle schedule and driver contact numbers to hotel front desk. |

Welcome Team/Greet Team Coordinator |
The Welcome/Greet Team welcomes festival attendees as they enter the doors and assists them on site. They smile, spread positive energy and proactively ask if they can help attendees find what they need (box office, info desk, bathroom, classroom, food ...etc). The Coordinator works with Volunteer Coordinator to make sure the Welcome Team is well staffed. |

House Manager |
The House Manager controls the orderly seating of attendees to shows and closely coordinates with Sound Production and Stage Manager to green light the start of the show. Reviews theatre with volunteers following shows to make sure clean of trash. Moves leftover belongings to lost and found. Manages any issues in house. |
